Treatment

 

Our porches are supplied untreated as standard.

 

-Optional factory-applied first coat of Tung oil available.

For best results, we recommend:

 

-Applying 3 further coats of Tung oil after installation

-Finishing with a UV-protective oil, such as Osmo UV Oil

 Important Notes

 

-Our porches are made from natural green oak, which will develop splits, shakes, and surface cracks as it dries. This is a normal and desirable feature that enhances the character of solid oak.

 

-Roof tiles, battens, fixings, and assembly tools are NOT included

-Structure only

Kit form

​

Our porches are supplied as a complete oak porch kit, with all components loose and ready for assembly on site.

 

- Individual oak posts, beams, rafters, and ridge supplied separately

- Allows for greater flexibility during installation

- Ideal for installers who prefer to assemble the frame fully on site

Size Options

 

Standard sizes are chosen from the drop down menu:

 

- Width: Outer edge of post to outer edge of post

- Depth: From the face of your property to the front face of the post

- Height: Post length to underside of the main cross beam
